The power of Scripture

2 Timothy 3:16-17 says:

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

And we are in the midst of good work now! As moms, we have been tasked with training and discipling our children while they are in our homes. This is important work.

Important, but challenging. Tiring. Confusing. Complex.

In the middle of the day when exhaustion sets in and things aren't going as planned, it can be tough to know how to approach a situation, what our reaction should be, and how to respond to a set of events. But when we have Scripture memorized, those words of truth can permeate our hearts and minds and guide us.

The Bible has the power to give you courage when the right thing is the scary, hard, or unnatural thing.
